Custom orders & approval

Our Wisconsin gift baskets are hand assembled and made to order. The listed price covers the arrangement described in the product listing; photos are examples of the design. Small differences in ribbon placement, wrapping, and handmade decoration are part of the craft.

For a recipient name, gift message, occasion, color preference, or a change to the contents, email lin3kyfpv@gmail.com before checkout. The online bag does not collect personalization instructions.

Before payment for a custom change, we confirm the design, spelling, contents, any added cost, delivery destination, and a realistic shipment date in writing. Please review and approve those details. We do not make material substitutions that change an approved theme, value, personalization, or allergen information without your approval.

Prices & secure payment

Prices are in US dollars. Extra personalization, added items, and special packaging may require a separate quote. Applicable tax and shipping charges are shown before payment; confirm the final total before completing your purchase.

Our introductory offer takes 20% off the listed price of eligible gift basket arrangements, with savings rounded down to the nearest cent per basket. The offer price and savings appear on eligible listings and in your bag, and apply automatically when online checkout is available. No code is needed. The offer excludes separately quoted custom extras, tax, and shipping, and is not combined with another basket promotion. Confirm any custom quote and its applicable discount before payment.

When available, online payment takes place on Square's hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store your full payment-card details. Keep your order confirmation and Square receipt for your records.

A gift basket purchase is a purchase of goods and is not a tax-deductible charitable donation. Brand names identify the packaged items included in an arrangement; they do not indicate a sponsorship or partnership.

Shipping, timing & delays

Contact us before ordering to confirm that we can serve your delivery destination, especially for an event date or a custom request. Making time and carrier transit time are different. Any shipment date we agree to appears in your written order confirmation; an arrival date is only guaranteed if we expressly agree to it.

We ship within the agreed shipment period. If no shipment period is stated, we ship within 30 days after receiving your completed, paid order. If we cannot meet that period, we contact you before it expires with a revised shipment date and the option to cancel.

We ask for your affirmative agreement to a delay. If you decline or do not agree, we cancel the unshipped order and promptly refund the full amount paid for it, including its original shipping charge, to the original payment method. This remains available even if custom work has started. A refund is not replaced with store credit.

Please check the delivery address before payment. If you discover an error, contact us promptly so we can try to correct it before shipment. Contact us about a missing delivery so we can investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement or refund if the order cannot be delivered.

Cancellations, returns & problems

You may cancel before we begin your approved custom or personalized work for a full refund. Once that work begins, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are unavailable. Food, bath, and personal-care items are also not returnable simply because you change your mind.

These limits do not apply to an order that is incorrect, damaged, defective, materially different from what you approved, undelivered, or subject to the shipping-delay cancellation rights above. Nothing here takes away your rights under applicable consumer law.

If something is wrong, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We ask that you report visible delivery damage within seven days to help us resolve it with the carrier; this request is not a deadline that removes your legal rights.

We arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed problem. If a return is reasonably needed because of our error, a defect, or shipping damage, we cover reasonable return shipping. Please contact us for instructions before sending anything back, and do not return food or opened personal-care products without our instructions.

Food, personal care & branded items

Packaged snacks, drinks, and personal-care goods are included in their original sealed packaging with manufacturer labels. Read ingredient, allergen, use, age, and safety information before consuming or using an item. Some baskets contain small decorations that are not toys.

Tell us about an allergy or ingredient concern before ordering so we can discuss the contents. We do not promise an allergen-free basket or preparation environment. Bath and fragrance items are gifts for ordinary personal use, and we make no medical or therapeutic claims about them.

We independently assemble the baskets. The owners of the brands shown retain their trademarks; their products do not imply that they endorse or sponsor Victorious Women Outreach. A branded package, voucher, or bottle pictured is not a promise of an included gift card or alcoholic beverage. Gift-card value or any other special inclusion must be expressly stated in the listing or approved quote. Alcoholic beverages are outside the scope of these online listings; confirm the contents of any decorative bottle before ordering.
