Information you share
When you submit a form or contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, request, message, or volunteer and partnership interests. Prayer and encouragement messages can contain sensitive personal details; share only what you are comfortable providing and avoid identifying others without their permission.
For a custom basket, we use the occasion, approved personalization, delivery information, and contact details you send us. When you buy through Square, Square collects payment, billing, shipping, contact, and transaction information. We can receive order and customer information needed to fulfill the order, assist you, and keep business records. This website does not collect or store your full payment-card number.
Website information & browser storage
The site sends a basic page-view event with the page path and time to our server. Form submissions may also include browser information and a shortened hash of the IP address for security and spam prevention. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, request logs, and browser or device information when they deliver and protect the site.

You can clear or block browser storage and cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may remove the saved bag or prevent the receipt page from recognizing your checkout; your Square receipt remains your purchase record.
How we use & share information
We use information to respond to requests, provide ministry follow-up, confirm custom designs, process and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be handled by authorized team members and providers that support these purposes: Square for payment and order services, Vercel for hosting, email services such as Resend, configured notification services, and delivery carriers for shipping. External fonts and product images may also cause your browser to connect to their providers. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misuse, or resolve a transaction dispute.
Square also processes customer information under its own customer privacy notice. Its checkout, receipt, and optional buyer features may use additional cookies and have their own privacy choices.
Retention & your choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, order support, accounting, legal requirements, and dispute handling. A request to delete information may not remove records we are required or permitted to retain.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, or to stop optional follow-up messages, email lin3kyfpv@gmail.com. We may ask for enough information to verify the request and locate the record. Rights and required response times depend on the law that applies to you. Contact Square directly for information or choices that it controls independently.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No website, email service, or storage system can promise absolute security. Please never send payment-card details through our forms or email.
Children & policy updates
The website and gift shop are intended for an adult audience; purchasers must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
